User agreement

Preamble

This agreement is between Saint Bitts LLC ("ALL COINS PAYMENTS," "we, " "us," or "our"), a company registered in Nevis, and you (together with Bitcoin.com, the "Parties," and each a "Party"). By using the Bitcoin.com website ("Website") and any services available on the Website (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions contained in this document ("User Agreement"), as well as our Privacy Policy .

We offer a wide range of Services, and additional terms may apply. When you use the ALL COINS PAYMENTS service, you are also subject to the rules, conditions, and agreements applicable to that specific service ("Service Terms"). If this User Agreement conflicts with the Service Terms, the Service Terms will take precedence.

CONCLUSION OF THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND PARTICIPATION IN CLASS ACTION.

1. General use

1.1 Eligibility. By using our Services and entering into this User Agreement, you confirm that you are an individual who is 18 years of age or older, have the legal capacity to enter into this User Agreement, and agree to abide by its terms and conditions. This User Agreement, including the Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy, and Service Terms where applicable.

1.2 Modification. We may change the terms of this User Agreement at any time. Any such changes become effective upon publication on the Website or when you use the Services. Please carefully review the User Agreement each time you use the Services. Your continued use of the Services will signify your agreement with the current User Agreement.

2. Compliance with current legislation

Your relationship with Bitcoin.com and the use of any of the Services may be subject to the laws, regulations, and rules of governmental or regulatory authorities in your or our jurisdiction ("Applicable Laws"). By entering into this User Agreement, you agree to comply with all Applicable Laws and act in accordance with them.

3.Access to services

3.1 Limited license. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services and the Website solely in accordance with the terms of this User Agreement.

3.2 Authority.

3.3 Correspondence.Your access to one or more Services may depend on creating a user account and completing our registration procedures, as well as our Compliance Program. "Compliance Program" means the requirements set by Bitcoin.com for the collection, verification, recording, and provision of information about you upon initial access to certain Services and on an ongoing basis, whether for our business risk management purposes or to comply with applicable legal requirements. The information we may request can include, among other things, personal information such as network address, name, email address, physical address, phone number, date of birth, taxpayer identification number, or social security number, government-issued photo identification, and banking or other information that we may reasonably consider useful for fulfilling our risk management or legal obligations. By providing us with this information, you confirm that it is accurate and agree to update your information in a timely manner, but in no event later than 14 days after any changes to your information. Failure to provide information or timely update your user account may result in the Services being unavailable to you.

3.4 Communications. Any and all communications from Bitcoin.com may be provided to you via email to the address you provided when accessing the Services. Bitcoin.com shall not be responsible for any damage you may incur as a result of not receiving any notification sent to you in connection with this User Agreement or your use of the Services, provided that such notification is sent to the specified email address.
