For information about the status of your order, kindly contact the merchant directly.

What happens if I pay with a different currency than the one I select during checkout?

If you send cryptocurrency to an address associated with a different cryptocurrency during checkout (e.g., sending BSV to a BCH address, SAI to a DAI address, etc.), our system will not detect the payment, and the merchant will be unable to access those funds.

Why does my receipt say that I overpaid or underpaid an order?

An overpayment or underpayment indicates that we have detected an amount greater or lesser than what we expected. The most common reason for this discrepancy is that your cryptocurrency wallet used a significantly different exchange rate than Crypto Processing.

To resolve this issue, please contact the merchant directly. Depending on the situation, the merchant may request you to top up the missing amount in the case of an underpayment, refund you the excess amount in the case of an overpayment, or refund you entirely and ask you to complete the checkout process again. It's helpful to provide your receipt code when communicating with the merchant to facilitate tracking of your transaction.

Why does my receipt indicate that I've made multiple payments?

Crypto Processing anticipates a single blockchain transaction for each order. If your receipt shows multiple payments, please contact the merchant directly to address this matter. If the total payment amount is accurate, the merchant can manually resolve it from their dashboard. Including your receipt code in your communication with the merchant will assist them in locating your transaction.

Why is my invoice marked as voided?

If you attempted to make a payment and received a message stating that the invoice is voided, it means the merchant has canceled the payment request. If you still wish to proceed with the payment, you will need the merchant to generate a new invoice for you. To resolve this matter, please contact the merchant directly.

I made a payment and then my invoice was voided

In the rare event that you make a payment while a merchant voids your invoice, your payment will still reach the intended destination address and be marked as delayed. In this case, the merchant has the ability to either confirm and complete the transaction or issue a refund for your payment.

To resolve this issue, please contact the merchant directly. It is the responsibility of the merchant to ensure that funds are returned to the correct destination address.

It's important to note that all cryptocurrency transactions are direct peer-to-peer payments from the customer to the merchant. Once a payment is initiated, Crypto Processing cannot reverse the transaction or retrieve funds on your behalf. Therefore, we are unable to mediate payment disputes, as blockchain transactions are irreversible.

Why did I receive a "no payment detected" message?

Crypto Processing monitors payments to the blockchain address for a duration of 60 minutes. You will receive this notification when the payment window has elapsed. Any payment made after this window will be labeled as delayed. If you haven't initiated a payment yet, you can choose to retry, which will refresh the exchange rates and enable you to proceed with the payment.

If you have already made a payment but received this message, please reach out to the merchant directly to address and resolve the issue.
