Go to the registration page and enter your email address and password (choose a strong password).
A message with a link to confirm your registration will be sent to your email address.
After clicking on the link in the message, your account will be activated.

On the account login page, click on the link "Forgot your password? Restore it".
After entering your email address, a link to reset your password will be sent to it.
Click on the link and enter a new password in the window that opens, and then click the "Continue" button
Log in with your email address and new password.

If you don't receive a password reset email, do the following:

Check your Spam or Suspicious Emails folder.
Add Support@cryptoprocessing. to the list of contacts in your address book.
Try initiating the password change process again.

Keep access to your cryptocurrency wallet secret and use strong passwords.

Do not share your private keys or API tokens with other users.

2-step authentication, also known as two-factor authentication, will provide additional security for your account. It requires you to authenticate with your account, both what you know (your password) and what you have (the confirmation code generated by the authentication add-on).

There could be a couple of reasons for this issue:

You might have entered an incorrect code.
The code you entered is outdated (it was generated more than 30 seconds ago).

While you can access all of the service's features without 2-step Authentication, it's important to note that this additional layer of security adds protection to your account.
