New: This status is assigned to newly created payments.

Paid: This status signifies that the invoice has been paid, but the payment is awaiting confirmation on the blockchain.
Note: For the final confirmed payment status, refer to "Completed."

Partially Paid: This status indicates that the payment has been partially fulfilled, meaning the paid amount is less than the specified payment amount.

Expired: This status is applied when the payment is not completed within a 15-minute timeframe.

Completed: This status indicates that the invoice has been fully paid and confirmed on the blockchain.

Refunded: This status denotes that the payment has been refunded to your customer.

Whom Can I Send Funds To?

As a Merchant, you have the flexibility to send money to your employees, offer rewards to partners, and make payments to customers.

Payout Statuses

New: The order has just been created.
In Queue: The order is in the queue.
Completed: The order has been successfully completed, and the payment has been sent to your customer.
Canceled: The order has been canceled.
Error: An error occurred during the processing of your order.

Who Can Use Payout?

The Payout function is exclusively available to registered Merchants on the Crypto Processing website.

How to Set Up Auto Withdrawal:

Go to the Auto Withdrawal page by navigating to: Account -> Merchant -> Auto Withdrawal.

Select the currency in which you want to make the withdrawal.

Click the "Set" button.

Configure your Auto Withdrawal settings:

a. Choose either the Crypto Processing wallet or enter an external wallet address where you want to receive the funds
b. Decide whether to withdraw the full available amount in the account or enter a specific amount you wish to withdraw
c. Select the date when you want to initiate the withdrawal.
d. Choose the frequency for repeating the withdrawal:

One time only
Daily
Monthly
Quarterly
Annual
Click the "Save" button to confirm your Auto Withdrawal settings.
